Shipping Policy

Here you can find our shipping information:

  1. The shipment of items is carried out through our FedEx delivery partners.
  2. Shipments are free for all orders to Swiss.
  3. Shipments are free for all other destinations for an order over €350.00, are not free for an order under €350.00 and vary depending on destination country. Any duties and customs fees are not calculated at check-out and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  4. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, from 10:30am to 4:00pm, within 24 hours from receipt of the order confirmation, with the exception of national holidays.
  5. Any delay in order shipment may result from verification of payment. Delivery of articles may also be delayed by any necessary customs clearance, for reasons of force majeure, or because of destination reachability.
  6. At time of shipment the tracking is sent to the customer with the reference link of our delivery partner with which it is possible to monitor the state of the order.

    Agreement terms

    The following conditions apply for any Customer making a purchase through the website woolsboutiqueuomo.com owned by Wools Boutique Uomo Sàrl, Grand-Rue 13, 1204 Geneva Switzerland. The Company in this agreement document is referred as "WBU"

    The conditions of the package must be verified before signing for and accepting delivery. If the package appears to have been tampered with or damaged, the customer is required to refuse delivery. In the event that confirmation of delivery has been signed by unauthorized persons, please contact WBU immediately or send an email to info@wools.it

    Here you can place an explanation or answer to the question.

    If the shipment is not delivered for reasons pertaining to the customer (incorrect delivery information, absent recipient, rejected delivery), shipping costs and any customs clearance costs will be deducted from the final refund.

    1. Customers can request order cancellation at no cost within 4 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.
    2. The request must be made in writing to the email address info@wools.it. No other method of communication will be considered valid.
    3. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the order after this period or otherwise refuses to accept the order once the package has reached its destination, WBU reserves the right to charge the customer for all possible expenses incurred (e.g. shipping in progress).

    The Customer can send an email to info@wools.it requesting to use a preferred courier, the cost is charged to the customer regardless of the value of the order
