Sealup

Born in Milan in 1935, it is the best example of the Italian family business, the Chiesa family began their raincoat production business with a strong passion for quality and the intuition that this approach would forever make a difference in the clothing industry. The choice of the name itself is very indicative of the founders' vision. They decided to associate the idea of ​​the sea with their rainproof proposals and invented the neologism Sealup, merging the English word sea (sea) with the Milanese term lup (wolf).
